This clear coating system brings out the grain Pattern & surface texture of wood so well to make it look splendidly natural & show out real charm. Not only it preserves & enhance the natural beauty of wood grain, but also protects from heat, water, tea & coffee stains & insect attack.

Description

APPLICATIONS PROCEDURE
»  Wooden article to be coated must be dry & free of dust and loose particles. Prepare smooth surface by sanding with emery paper #180 followed by #320.
»  Apply good quality of wood filler using a musclin cloth or putty knife. Remove excess filler & allow to dry for 2 – 3 hours. Sand with emery paper #180 followed by #320 between application of successive coat.

1 Recommended Uses Interior wood applications
2 Product Description One Pack Polyurethane modified clear finish.
3 Supply Viscosity 60 ± 30 sec. on ford cup B4@30 °C.
4 Thinner Recommended TH – 601 or good quality mineral Terpentine
5 Thinner intake For Brushing – 5 – 10% by volume. For spraying – 20 to 25% by volume.
6 Solid 45 ± 2
7 Specific gravity 0.89 ± 0.02 For spraying – 20 to 25% by volume.
8 Method of applications Brushing/Spraying.
9 Spray Pressure recommended 30 – 40 PSI
10 Recommended DFT 25 – 30 microns
11 Drying time @ 30 ± 2 °C Relative humidity of 60 ± 5% Surface dry – about 1 hour
Hard dray – 24 hours.
12 Recoating time 6 – 8 hours @ 30 ±2 °C& Relative humidity of 65% or below.
13 Theoritical covering 8 -10 m2 / litre/ coat by Brushing.
14 Flash point At or Above 30 °C.
15 Shelf Life 6 months in Unopened conditions in original container when stored in cool & dry place @ 25± 5oc
16 Shades available Oak Yellow, Red Brown, Walnut, Rose wood.
17 Packing 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 ltr, 4 ltrs, 20 ltrs.

»  Select finish available in Clear Matt, Glossy or in transparent shades like Oak Yellow, Rose wood, Walnut & Red Brown. Apply one or two coats of WOODPOL TRANS WOOD PU wood finish and allow to dry for minimum of 6 – 8 hours. Light sand with emery paper #320 between application of successive coats.

INSTRUCTIONS
»  Stir contents well before use since soft sedimentation may occur in matt & sealer finish on storage. Strain through musclin cloth.
»  It is recommended to transfer WOODPOL TRANS WOOD PU finish from half filled container (left over after use) to other smaller container to avoid air-gap in the container if not to be use immediately.
»  Close container tightly after use.
»  Do not mix stains.
»  Recoating & Touch dry time be more in case of high humidity and/Iow room temperature.
»  Coverage & dry time varies & depend on film thickness, quantity of thinner use & nature of wood.
»  The product is flammable and the container should be therefore be kept away from fire & sparks or any ignition source.

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION :
»  Handle the product in areas of good ventilation. Avoid inhaling vapours since product contains volatile solvents.
»  Wear normal protective overalls, Solvent resistant hand gloves, eye goggles are recommended. Avoid skin contact.

STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL :
» Store in original container in cool, dry & well ventilated place.
»  While handling, avoid inhalation and skin contact. Force ventilation or fresh air mask should be used in confined areas.
»  Dispose in land filling and not in drain or water ways.
