Woodpol NC Lacquer Gloss (13A)

Description

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1 Wood surface must be dry and free of dust and loose particles. Sand the surface along grains
with emery paper # 100 or 180.
2 Fill the wood grains by using Woodpol wood filler. Remove excess of wood filler immediately. Allow it to
dry for 1- 2 hours. Sand with emery paper #180 followed by 320.
3 Stir the content thoroughly before use to make it homogenous.
4 Apply 2 – 3 coats of Woodpol sanding sealer by spraying after mixing with good quality NC thinner or by
putty knife or muslin cloth.
5 Allow it to dry for 1.5 – 2 hours. Sand with emery paper # 320 or 400.
6 Repeat above steps if necessary to achieve a flat & smooth surface.
7 Now the surface is ready for Application of Woodpol NC clear lacquer, apply N. C. Lacquer, dilute with
N. C. Thinner and spray or brush

APPLICATION GUIDE

PRECAUTION
While application, excess of wood sealer should be removed immediately when applied with putty knife or
muslin cloth, other wise waviness will appear on surface after application of top coat.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1 Stir the content well before use since soft sedimentation may occur on storage.
2 Recoating time may be more in case of high humidity condition and / low ambient temperature
for smooth sanding.
3 Coverage varies depending on film thickness & nature of wood.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
1 Handle products in areas of good ventilation. Avoid inhaling vapors since product contains
volatile organic solvents.
2 Wear normal protective overalls. Solvent resistant hand gloves, eye goggles are
recommended. Avoid skin contact.
3 The product is flammable and container should therefore be kept away from fire & spark
or any ignition source.
STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL
1 Store in original container in cool, dry & well ventilated place.
2 While handling, avoid inhalation & skin contact. Force ventilation or fresh air mask should
be used in confined spaces.
3 Disposal in land filing & not in drain or water ways.
